"Fresh, hip and of a very high standard..."

These are the words that spring to mind when describing the new five track "Short-Album" or EP (extended play) release by Craig Kallis.

Featuring his first three singles, which have all enjoyed hot-rotation at Good Hope fm and Heart fm in Cape Town, as well as two dance mixes, the compilation accurately reflects the kind of music that Craig is influenced by. About the cd, Craig explains, "I wanted to let people know from the outset that my musical influences are way too diverse to give them only one or two flavours of music. If I did, it would never be a feast...My challenge is to provide variation along with a central theme. Namely, one of positivity, encouragement and upliftment..."

The "Short-Album" features the electro-rocky "Feels so Good", the soulful "Come Back" and undoubtedly his biggest hit thus far, the relentlessly funky chart-topper "Papers".

Also on the compilation, are the dance mixes of "Papers" (the V&A mix) and "Come Back" (the Craig Kallis mix).
